That's why in 2015 we launched a global competition to identify the world's best young chefs, regardless of background, gender or ethnicity.

And it's why in 2020, we created a global community to nurture young talent in the world of gastronomy and promote responsibility, sustainability and inclusivity in fine food culture.

In short, the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy and the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition exist to champion the people who hold the future of taste in their hands.
