S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2022-23 Regional Finalists Revealed
The wait is over: now the real competition starts.
The regional finalists for the next edition of S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition have been announced, as the build-up to the Grand Finale in Milan in 2023 begins in earnest.
This group of talented young chefs will compete across 15 different regional finals around the world. At each event the chefs will have to present their signature dishes to a local jury of renowned chefs.
From each regional final, four chefs will proceed to the Grand Finale: one who will compete for the chance to be named the best young chef in the world, and three who will compete for collateral prizes – the S.Pellegrino Award for Social Responsibility, the Acqua Panna Award for Connection in Gastronomy and the Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award.
At the Grand Finale, chefs competing for the main prize will have the chance to cook their signature dishes again, this time for a Grand Jury comprised of some of the world’s best chefs.
