Meet the Regional Finalists for S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2024-25
These are the young chefs who will compete at the Regional Finals.
Congratulations to the young chefs who will compete in 15 Regional Finals around the world at the next edition of S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition.
Each of the Regional Finalists, selected by the Alma school of Italian cuisine and hospitality from many applications, will cook and present their signature dishes to local juries of renowned chefs at the Regional Finals later this year.
From each Regional Final, one chef winner will progress to the extraordinary final cook-off at the Competition Grand Finale in Milan in 2025, one of the biggest events of the culinary year, where they will prepare their signature dishes again, this time for the Grand Jury.
In addition, Regional Finalists will be able to compete for a series of collateral prizes at their respective Regional Finals – the S.Pellegrino Social Responsibility Award, the Acqua Panna Connection in Gastronomy Award and the Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award – with the global winners also being announced at the Grand Finale.
