Ahead of the next S.Pellegrino Young Chef Grand Finale, which has been postponed until October 2021, we can reveal that the finalists have been busy working on a batch of exciting recipes that demonstrate the true breadth of their culinary talent.
The recipes will soon be available as a fully downloadable digital cookbook on Fine Dining Lovers, but in the meantime, you can access the recipes here. (Please note: their release will be staggered all the way up the Grand Finale).
The cookbook will include recipes from the regional winners who will compete for the title of S.Pellegrino Young Chef and those competing in additional categories: S.Pellegrino Award for Social Responsibility; Acqua Panna Award for Connection in Gastronomy; and Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award.
The project is part of the commitment of S.Pellegrino to nurturing young culinary talent, whilst providing a helping hand to the restaurant industry, which, now more than ever, needs to be supported in every possible way.
